QuanComm, our previous online giving partner transitioned it’s online giving to Vanco Services. Vanco provides a convenient way to participate in stewardship and donate to other special collections throughout the year. An automated online giving program is a way to support Saints Peter and Paul Parish through contributions you designate directly from your checking, savings or credit card account.
Q. What is an automated online giving program?
A. An automated online giving program is a means to financially support Saints Peter and Paul Parish through contributions directly from your checking, savings, or credit card account. There is NO cost to the parishioner / donor to participate in online giving.
Q. How does it relate to the use of weekly envelopes?
A. Participating in the automated online giving program replaces the use of weekly envelopes.
Q. What happens if I feel uncomfortable not having something to physically drop into the collection basket?
A. Envelopes will be revised to include a box to check indicating online giving and can be dropped in the collection basket.
Q. Which payment methods are accepted?
A. Automated transfers from credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), checking accounts, and savings accounts are accepted.
Q. If I am currently enrolled, what do I need to do now that Vanco is the online giving servicer?
A. All you have to do is enter your email address and the set up a new password. Follow the instructions after you click on “here” on the main online giving page. Here is the message.

Q. If I am currently enrolled, what happens to my current online giving donations I previously set up under Quancomm?
A. You don’t need to do anything. The online giving donations you previously set up did not change with the transition to Vanco. The designation, amount, frequency and date remained the same.
Q. How do I enroll?
A. Enrollment is convenient, easy and free. There are two ways you can enroll:
- Visit the Saints Peter and Paul Parish website main page for the link to Vanco, beginning June 16, 2014.
- By sending an enrollment form to the Parish office, 36 N. Ellsworth Street, Naperville, IL 60540. Forms will be available at the Parish office.
Q. What information do I need to enroll?
A. You will need either your envelope number or if you do not know your envelope number, your home phone number and either the bank account or credit card information for the method of payment you plan to use.
Q. Can I contribute to second collections including both parish and diocesan collections?
A. Yes, all automated giving participants have the opportunity to contribute to holy days, second and special collections including Christmas, Easter, Peter’s Pence, and more.
Q. Can I donate a one-time gift or pledge for a specific term?
A. Yes, one-time gifts are graciously accepted. Participants can also arrange for specific amounts to be paid over a number of months.
Q. How do I change information such as the amount of donation, bank account number or credit card number?
A. It is convenient and easy; all you need to do is visit the Vanco link on the Saints Peter and Paul Parish website main page, log into your account and make the necessary changes.
Q. Is automated online giving secure using Vanco Services?
A. Yes. Automated online giving through Vanco Services is safe and secure. Vanco’s processing systems are certified as Level 1 PCI-compliant and undergo annual independent on-site audits. Q. Will I get a receipt for tax purposes?
A. Saints Peter and Paul Parish will send annual statements to all participants in January which will include all donations via automated online giving.
