- Confirmation Information and Forms
  
  Confirmation at Saints Peter and Paul will take place on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 and Wednesay, June 8, 2022. Both Masses will begin at 7:00 PM in the church.
  
  Click HERE for specific information about the Confirmation Masses, including class assignments, arrival time, seating, etc.
- Confirmation Record Form Please fill out the form in its entirety so the sacrament can be properly recorded in church ledgers.
- Info About Your Confirmation Sponsor Requirements for being a sponsor
- Sponsor Eligibility Form The sponsor should fill out this form and have it signed by his/her home parish.
- Sponsor Interview Form To be completed by the candidate and sponsor together
- Letter to the Pastor To be completed by the candidate
- Confirmation Saint Name Report To be completed by the candidate once they have selected their Confirmation name
- Confirmation Retreat The retreat is mandatory. Please mark the date on your calendar!
