Baptism Preparation

Baptism Preparation – facilitated by married couples or individuals in teams.  this ministry helps parents understand the sacredness and importance of the Sacrament of baptism; and provides the information needed to schedule a baptism at our church. Baptism preparation classes are held once a month throughout the year and facilitators sign up to coordinate one to two sessions each year. Facilitators can click on the calendar below to see the schedule of classes & who is facilitating each month.

What a fun ministry to welcome these young ones into our faith!  

At SSPP, Baptisms are usually held in the church every Sunday (except the 2nd Sunday of the month) at 2:00 PM or during the 11:00 AM Mass in the chapel or 12:30 PM in the church an the 2nd Sunday of the month. Please call the parish office at 355-1081 to schedule your babies baptism. Parents must attend a Baptism Preparation class prior to scheduling.
