• General Permission Form - this must be downloaded, filled out, and returned to Mike Lewandowski before any outing.

 

• Diocesan Policy for Videotaping or Photography of Children/Teens. Please read this policy and understand that we do take pictures of Youth Group activities on and off the SS Peter and Paul campus and may post pictures and/or video clips in the bulletin, on flyers posted at SS Peter and Paul, on the SS. Peter and Paul website, and on the SSPP Youth Group Facebook page.
